How to retrieve a serialnumber and IMEI from a dead iPhone?

So,

without using ´Settings->About->Info´.

without having the original packaging, proof of purchase,a letter or e-mail with this information.

withoutusing iTunes.

Just only the phone itself.

Or can be another way, by using different software?

Most iPhone have reached a certain condition and not able to give a sign of life.

Whole Apple iPhone family/series with any iOS version. Maybe iPad family/series too.

Can somebody help?

The device owner would have to log into their iCloud account that was connected to the iPhone when service was setup. When the owner logs into their account at icloud.com they can go under iCloud settings and see the devices connected to their iCloud account. A registered iPhone will show and clicking on the iPhone graphic will display the Serial Number & IEMI. The serial number & IEMI are needed to help prevent use or to circumvent security features which prevent use of stolen devices. If you didn't register your device when you purchased it then you would not have had ability to add apps, games, etc from App Store. If the device was jailbroken then you are out of luck because the Apple terms use were violated by the jailbroken device. No saving in that case.

Apple manufactured the device. Why would they not take care of their machine? Would you take a Rolls Royce to the BMV for a recall or warranty claim? I don't think so.

Just like you wouldn't take an iPhone to a carrier for an issue with the iPhone. It should be common sense to call apple for any issue other than service.

Where do you bring a product that's broken, not complete, has missing parts, or doesn't fulfill your needs?

And why doesn't Apple put the serialnumber near an iPhone if using the serialnumber is so important?

It is on the box and in the phone, difficult to get any nearer than that.

I'm starting to get dizzy from all this going round and round in circles.

I have been at full Gillespie for a while now. 🙂

Then give clear answers, suggestions.

Please stop making new questions before old ones are solved.

Please stop asking the same question over and over mindlessly. Why do you need the serial number anyway? You said that the "shop" you bought it from didn't require it.

What is it, exactly, that you need the serial number for?
