I have a popup that my computer has been compromised and ned to Call Toll Free: 1-866-324-2084. Is this a valid warning? OSX10.7.5

No. If you encountered it in Safari, choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, close it, and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If the message reappears, disconnect the computer from the Internet and erase that site from the browser history.
