Touch iD worked great on iPhone 6s on software 9.0, does NOT work after downloading 9.1. Have redone finger ID 4X, still no success. Any suggestions to fix?

after update ios 9.1
when i downloaded 9.1 software to iPhone 6s, my touch ID stopped working
