Applescript to move mail to exchange subfolder

I am trying to create a shortcut keystroke to move emails to sub folders of an account ( Inbox Zero). I know how to create the service in automator and assign a keystroke. The issue is with moving the mail to a subfolder in my Exchange account. I have 3 different mail boxes configured in Mail and the mailbox in question is an Exchange Account.

I am trying to move selected mail to the "1 TODO" folder.

Here is my script:

The error I get is: "Mail got an error: Can't get mailbox "1 TODO" of account "OBS".

I think it is an issue with how I am referencing the sub folder but can't figure out the proper declaration. Oh yeah I am on El Capitan 10.11.1
