printing to a Savin printer
Is there a new CUPS for El Capitan that would allow for printing to a SAVIN C9145 via iPrint?
The version of CUPS in El Capitan is new compared to that used in Yosemite.
Last time I heard of iPrint it was how you created a printer in Novell Netware 6...
From memory the Savin printers are re-badged Ricoh's. And if the printer does not have the optional Postscript kit installed then you needed to use the open source driver package pxlmono. Not sure if this package has been rejigged to work on 10.11.
