Itunes store black screen, can't be used

Afternoon all.

This just started after the latest update. iTunes itself is fully functional, however when I click on the iTunes store button I get the top banner advertisements, in this case an ad for an Eric Church album. For about 1.5 seconds after clicking the screen is normal and there are no issues, however after that 1.5 second window everything beneath the advertisement banner goes black. I can still mouse over everything, and when the mouse hits a playable icon a blue play symbol appears, and remains on screen. None of the other tabs - My music, playlists, new, radio, connect - are doing this, just the store screen. Same thing happens if I search. for a second and a half or so I get the results, then a black screen. Looked over the forums and google, haven't found anyone else with this issue.

Currently running the most up to date version of iTunes. Running windows 8.1 (also up to date) on an i7, 16GB 3100mhz ram, 500gb SSD, MSI x99S Gaming 9 mobo, and a gtx 980 for video. All the hardware is working fine, and I disabled all of my overclock settings just in case that was interfering with something (unlikely, but why not try everything?)

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated. Its a minor frustration for me, but my wife really likes to browse through music.

Thanks!

If you have a high-resolution monitor, it seems that iTunes 12.3.1 won't display the iTunes Store correctly. Workarounds include reducing display resolution to 1920 x 1080 or less, reducing the size of the iTunes window or downgrading to iTunes 12.3.0. See also iTunes 12.3.1.23 breaks iTunes store
