From the looks of the screenshot you provided and the information in your post, I understand that you are having a hard time updating iTunes and iCloud for Windows. Have you tried to choose Tools > Download Only and install manually like the alert suggests?
If you have and the issue continues, there may be two different ways you can address each of the updates. You can try updating each individual application as the following articles suggest.
