Hey guys does anyone know how to add pictures or videos to a speech bubble? i checked one tutorial but i don't have that option. i use final cut pro 10.2.2.

TThat's a third party plugin from Ripple Training. You have to buy it from their web site. If you want to get those, that's certainly the simplest way to do it. IF you make your own bubble you can do it in FCP with composite modes.
you can accomplish something similiar with FCPX (and MacOS) own tools:
#1 is your clip you want to apply a bubble
#2 is the bubble - MacOS' own Preview has in its annontation-tool such a talking bubble…
#3 is the content for within the bubble; apply Effects/Masks/Picture Mask and use the same pic for the mask dwel.
use Transformation for size & postion ...
less convenient than a dropzone generator, but hey, home-brewn in your own DIY hobby shop.... 😉
You could also use the Speech Bubble title and in Compositing, change the setting to Stencil Alpha. The video (or still) in the layer beneath the title will be revealed. You can use the Transform tool to adjust the position, scale of that image as necessary.
