How to Conduct Conference Call on Apple Watch

For some time I have been using a number of apps for conference calling such as GoToMeeting, Webex and Intercall. However, none of them are offering features that can allow conference calls through Apple Watch. I recently came across a tutorial related to carrying conference calls using Apple Watch.
