Hello, after I've bough an iPhone 6s 16 GB on November 5th I've started to notice some dust under the screen so I sent it to repair. My phone was replaced, but after a while the dust came back, so I've sent it once again. The 3rd device received had the same issues, and the fourth one arrived with a broken speaker instead. For a few days I'm using the 5th replacement and guess what...the dust is showing up again. I'm sick of this problem and by how Apple is handling this....

Same problem here , bought the iPhone 6s Plus 128GB space grey , from February on 20 april i was at apple store genius bar , they said they need to repair the screen , i was like ,*** , ok you know what , just do it , next day on 21 was on apple store to pick up my |"repaired unit " , surprise ! they damage my phone , (i use to keep my phone in mint condition , with tempered glass and a metal full body case ,) i left the phone there on 20 april mint condition with dust under screen , and picked up on 21 with bottom bumped up from the floor , and with "stuck" pixels ,and i said to that lady i will not take my phone like this with dead pixels and with that damage on the bottom , and the lady said ,don't worry seems to be some stuck pixels , i will give you a new unit instead, and let the phone on the table and she going on the back of the genius bar to take the new unit ,. lucky i got an android phone with me and quickly make some pictures to my unit , with dead pixels and the bump , when that lady come back she give me a phone attention ! from a bag . yeah i am serious from a bag with a serial number on it , just unwrapped from the bag and said you can go now. so disappointed with the apple support service , Location London Westfield apple store ,! i will upload the pictures with my "repaired phone "

And now we are in 25/4 i got same problem guys and black spots on top right corner , if i use a white background i can see black uneven spots ,

and of course the regular dust left hand side corner top , so it will be the 3rd replacement soon stay tune!

Hey, that is so disturbing to seeing some dust in your display, even though i don't have the same issue with my iPhone6SPlus fortunately, but i do saw a TONS of user reporting the same issue and its seems like have something to do with the mute rocker, and you can actually feel air coming in a out from the mute rocker when you firmly pressing the middle of your display, which is like using the 3D touch, and the only solution beside glue your volume and mute rocker is keep replacing your phone or display assembly 😟

Hello there , I got the third replacement after the bad experience with Apple , hey gave me now the tmsc model (ChipGate) , I sealed the vibrator with with carbon from my carbon skin from eBay , I don't want to exchange this one , battery life now is more improved ,i hope till they will launch another version I will keep it out of dust ,but I think i will not buy apple products anymore , payed £789 on iPhone 6s Plus 128 , and Galaxy s7 edge is £500 free sim, and you can't compare it , I can't see the point to buy an iPhone even if the next one it will be with Oled display and more future , let be fair , the support is bad , I paid 789 with best support in mind , but is bad so, I will go to android

I am also a customer encountering the same issue. I got my iPhone 6S replaced 3 times and fixed 1 time. But it doesn't help at all!

I tried to call Apple customer relation, but they refused to do anything helpful, instead they ask me to fix/replace refurbished phone again and again!

I am so disappointed with Apple's product and their attitude to customers now. I won't buy it again!!

Yeah, this is an annoying problem that I have on my 6S as well. There seems to be so much dust under my iPhone's glass, that the top left corner seems darke then the rest of the screen. When I first noticed dust coming into my screen I didn't really mind it too much since it was so little, but as time went on the dust got worse and worse. One day the dust got so bad that a long strand of human hair entered the top of the screen and stayed there for about a day. Something that I have noticed with this problem is that the dust seems to change location often. Something I recommend doing to reduce the amount of dust that is present is putting the phone in a strong, bouncy case and lightly hitting the dusty corner of the phone against a table or a desk. I tried taking my iPhone into an Apple Store and the guy who helped me said "The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S are designed to keep dust out of the screen" and he sent me off without replacing my phone or my screen. Here is a picture that I took of the dust particles recently. I've had this problem since November :/ (I bought my phone 2 days after launch day).User uploaded file

I should also add that this phone is a replacement phone that I got in October because my first one had a dead pixel on the screen. I am thinking of returning to the Apple Store once more and bringing this photo with me. If this is a design flaw on every iPhone 6S then Apple may release a revision model soon with a fix, as they have done in the past with other iPhones that had issues. The only way I can see this happening though, is if enough attention is brought to this issue.

I cleaned my iPhone 6s Plus today. I removed the lints in the earphone jack and lightning port. Not satisfied with the cleaning I did I decided to vacuum the bottom part (which was a bad idea, and I don't recommend you to do it). After that I noticed some black particles on top left part of the screen. I got so worried at first I thought it might be dead pixels like my old iPhone 6, however when I checked the screen closely, it turned out to be dusts. I tried calling the local apple hotline in UAE however it is not available due to Eid holiday. I might go to Etisalat (mobile service provider) tomorrow and have this checked (or if I'm lucky, replaced). I hope they have resolved this issue with the new iPhone 7 since it is after all, water and dust resistant.
