I have bought a new Macbook Pro last week. When I try to install new OS, i.e. EI Captain, I am asked to login as Admin. I do not have an admin password or Admin ID. Please suggest how can I move forward.

When you first setup your Macbook Pro (MBP), you were asked to setup a user account. When you set this up, it was setup as an Administrator account. So, whatever user and password you have setup for your current user account is what you would use when prompted for an Admin ID/password.
