unable to download apps from iCloud

Hi,

i am trying to re-download my apps from iCloud.

i try to click on download all, but nothing happens.

and i cannot re-download individual apps, i cannot click on the app under purchased apps.

and when i search for the app, in the app store and click download, the button gets greyed out but doesn't download.

here is a screen shot of my purchased apps, there is no iCloud icon on the apps or download button.

If you look at one of apps in the store, is its Download button also greyed out, or are you able to click on it and download it ?

You don't have an app age rating set on the Parental tab in iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) that is blocking them from being redownloaded (the age rating should remove the cloud icon and grey-out the Download button in the store) ? If you do have an age rating set you may need to exit that Apps screen (e.g. select Music instead) and go back to it for it to pick up the new setting. If you haven't got an age rating set then try setting one, exit preferences, and then remove it and see if that then gives you the cloud icon on the apps
