Can I use Windows Hello with FaceTime HD camera?

I installed Windows 10 on my MacBook Pro (Mid 2015, 15-inch). However, Windows Hello doesn't work. How can I use it?

And I really hope Apple can add Touch ID or "Mac Hello" support in OS X.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1), just a MacBook Pro.

no, normal webcams does not work with hallo, it require a special hardware cam like the xbox kinnect which can tell the difference between a picture of you and you

normal webcams does not have the inferred and have you not, visual features which are required
