Yosemite and Zero Charge in a new Macbook?

Hi everyone,

I just bought a new 12" Macbook from Dubai, UAE.. However I got curious when I see that my Macbook comes with completely zero battery and Yosemite OSX without El Capitan upgrade... Is this normal??

Thanks,

Eray

MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

Having zero battery will sometimes happen when the product first arrives. As long as it charges and works you are fine.

Also, The Early and Mid 2015 models will come with Yosemite. It's only the Late 2015 Models that will come with El Capitan.

You can always update the computer to El Capitan through the App Store though for free.
