Unexpected font change
MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)
Unfortunately, wrong folder. That's the content of the root Library folder. I wanted to see the Fonts folder content of your user account.
Please try again. Remember to hold the Option key down while choosing Go from the menu bar. Or, do it this way:
While on the desktop so Finder is the foreground app, press Command+Shift+H. Your user account folder will open. If you don't see the Library folder in the list, press Command+J. Turn on the check box to Show Library Folder. Click on that panel's single upper left button to close it.
Now open that Library folder and then the Fonts folder. If there's anything in it, please post that list of fonts here.
Tilde?
Thank you. That's quite a few third party fonts. One of these is going to be the culprit. Just need to figure out which one.

Does this happen on ALL pages, or just the TrueLancer page?
Some website pages appear like that, but I think its sans-serif fonts are the reason for this issue.
Too late for edit, sorry. . .
That font is a free one your got from da fonts, or somewhere like that, I would bet.
But these fonts makes problem for me, anyway, my issue was gone.
I notice that the css for the truelancer site has the browser download a webfont called Open Sans. I wonder if that has some connection...
