I Have bought if from my friend a seal pack , he is purchasing from Dubai and selling it in Tanzania and i have entered the serial number and it gives me some details also its written the warrenty period will finish in 16August 2016

Note: iPhone warranty is not International and only valid in country of purchase, in your case Dubai.
You will not get warranty or apple services in Tanzania, you have to bring it back to Dubai.
I Dont need any service now as i bought it recently but thanks for the assistance as i thought i bought not a genuine phone but after discussing with you i am now satisfied

SO it matches the color also ?? Yes ofcourse i have found the serial as you mentioned i have put the serial number in the website from the mobile
Yes the image should match the iPhone colour.
COlor is not matching i am using gray color iphone and in image it shows white color front
so what does it means ? It not genuine
Can't say, maybe it's a fake or there's a glitch in the software.
Maybe the serial number is fake, only Apple would know.
