Oh...
A significant number of folks reported problems with wifi and ios 8.x. You may want to upgrade to ios 9.x.
Look through this thread around pages 90 to 130.

ossible solutions. A lot of these revolve around making any communication change resets the software enough to make wifi work for awhile.

- change DNS address to Google free DNS server. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

To Enable QoS:
Go to your router settings,
Advanced -> Setup -> QoS -> Enable WMM
Enable both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz
- Change what band your router uses. Many have found 2.4Ghz works best.
