My El Capitan comes up on "System Administrator" user

Hello,


After updating my Macbook Air 2012 to El Capitan I've got so many problems . I will appreciate if someone assist me, it's not a good feeling that can't do anything ...


1. On top of desktop I see my name my when I go to system preferences/users & groups it shows I'm on "system administrator" . My desktop files are totally gone but when I check in desktop folder in library/user still everything is there , same story for downloads, photos, document,...


2. I can't get connect to iCloud , when I go to system preferences/icloud it's asking to enter my password and it's only spinning after entering and no result !


3. all my accounts are gone on my mail application and there is no mail account or any email !!


4. all my notes are gone on note application !!


PLEASE HELP ME !!! 😕

Thanks for your guides , at last what I did is : I copied my current user folder to my external HDD to have my last desktop , documents, downloads, etc , and after I restored my macbook to almost one month before that this problem had started and after that I copied my files also to user's folder but one by one like : downloads , desktop, ... and not the "user" folder as I thought maybe some files can make the same problem again .

and now everything work well.
