How can I get a straight answer on a rescheduled delivery?

I just got an email saying I have an updated delivery date of December 2nd!! UPS tracking says it has been sitting in Louisville since 1 am of November 25th (according to their tracking, this is the SECOND time this package has been in Louisville!!). Needless to say, I'm livid.

"China to Hong Kong to Anchorage to Louisville in a matter of a day."

Apparently, you are unaware that there is a 17 hour time difference between Hong Kong and Alaska (time zones, my friend).

I've been aware of time zones since the first grade. My point was to illustrate that, despite all the setbacks, the tracking still emphasizes expedited shipping. To go halfway around the world one day and then sit in one place for two more just seems counterproductive to their effort.

It's called Customs and all international shipments must pass through it. Sometimes it can take while.

There's no point in complaining about it on these forums any longer. Nobody here works for Apple or UPS, therefore nothing we say or tell you to do will have any effect on getting your delivery that much faster. Deal with it.

I'm experiencing same and am wondering if your iPad ever arrived? Did you call the number in this post? Any advice for us who are still in the dark?

My iPad Pro was originally shipped out on Nov. 18 with an estimated delivery date of Nov. 19. It should FINALLY be delivered tomorrow (Nov. 29 - ten days AFTER estimated delivery). I've included the crazy trip it's had. It includes a 3 day layover in Hong Kong (after being shipped back FROM Kentucky). Then it RETURNED to Kentucky and received TWO Import Scans in two days.
