How can I get a straight answer on a rescheduled delivery?
I Ordered an engraved iPad pro on 11/11/2015. Got an acknowledgement that day promising delivery between 11/25 - qu/30.
On 11/12 Apple tesxted me that my delivery was scheduled on or before 11/20.
ON the ups website I saw the usual notifications
ready for ups in China,
picked up in china
arrived in Hong kong
left Hong kong for Taiwan
arrived twiwan
left taiwan
arrived hong kong
left Hong Kong for Anchorage Ak
arrived Anchorage Ak
left Anchorage for Louisville
arrived Louisville
where it it sat for more than 24 hours
now the ups website reports my iPad is in the origination point in China waiting to be scheduled.
ups and Apple can't seem to agree on what is happening. Apple says UPS website has a glitch, I should stillget my iPad on 11/20 (tomorrow)
UPS says Apple is contractually limited on the number of units that can be shipped. All the arrival / departed notifications I observed were "automatic" and my package is really still in China.
