I use an Apogee Geo during live performances and I would like to have the pedal board displayed so I can see which pedals are with which foot switch. I really don't need to see the amp.

The individual pedal display and controls need to be made in Layout Mode,, then mapped to particular pedals within the PedalBoard plugin. The custom backgrounds can be set per patch:
