What is a "cas.error.casws-cust-001"? Trying to get a broken iphone repaired, but I get this whenever I am trying to get apple support (for 2 days)?

That seems to be an internal System Error code of some sort...

At what EXACT point in the process do you get the error? (I am stuck here, as I don't have an iPhone to enter a serial number)

How can I get around this? I have to send in my iPhone 6 for repair. I have tried deleting cookies, restarting laptop etc.

My guess is that the one year guarantee to my iPhone is over and with the error message they try to say that they won't give me a new iPhone charger...

hilalopilofjossfoapoj that is not the reason for the error, the error message is reproducable with serial / imei which has warranty.

I am getting this message and my warranty is valid until March 2016

Furthermore, you can replicate the error over and over no matter which options you choose in the list of problem solving, it will always result in the same error message.

If you click send in for repair = error,

if you click chat with us = error,

if you click signal weak or bad reception = error

if you click network not assigned = error

if you click no thanks when asked for email = error

if you provide email when asked = error

I think you get the message here.... its broke.

get through to an advisor is less than 5 minutes. lines are open from 8am-11pm EST have your imei or serial number ready and they'll have the repair set up for you in no time.

if its a cracked screen, take it to a genius bar, they can replace it in about an hour. make an appointment before heading in.

if its a battery issue, same thing, take it to the geniuses and it can be swapped in about an hour

ephemeral761 you should fix the error message, its clearly appearing for multiple people and should be sorted.

What about the people who cannot call in due to disabilities? NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL

i got the same problem while trying to contact the support (for a bill) of Itunes...and...I'm from Italy.
