I need to change the country of my Itune store in order to download one app.but I cannot,the system ask me to cancel Itune match sub. before I can change, how to temporaly cancel so that I will be able to download the app.?

iTunes Match is a yearly subscription. You can set it so that it doesn't auto-renew but I'm not aware of a way to cancel it immediately.
