How to add Recently added?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand your Recently Added playlist is somehow gone after updating iTunes.

That is a Smart Playlist and they are easy to create.

Create a Smart Playlist

1. Choose File > New > Smart Playlist.

2. Specify your rules.

   

Note fer the Recently Added playlist the default settings are:

[ √ ] Match All

[ Date Added ] [ is in the last ] [ 2 ] [ weeks ]

[ Media Kind ] [ is not ] [ Podcast ]

[ √ ] Live updating

Of course you can change the settings to your needs.
