Ipad dosent connect to Airport wifi

Hi my Ipad wont connect to the free wifi in airports... I have tried resetting the network settings, resetting the Ipad, turning it off and on, and

forgetting the network and starting over.. Everyone else can connect without problem. And I have checked that my Ipad has the same settings under the network name. ( I can connect to all other wireless networks)

Anyone know what to do? 🙂

Hi knmilla,

I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with your iPad. If this issue is only occurring with the free WiFi networks in airports, you may be having issues trying to join what is known as a "captive" WiFi network. If that is the case, you may find the information and steps outlined in the following article helpful:

Use captive Wi-Fi networks on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
