I'm running Bootcamp with Win10 Pro and sometimes I get the following error: "USB Set Address Failed" it refers to the SD card. It happens even with no card on the slot. However in OS X the SD card reader works perfectly its just a Windows issue.
I updated Boot camp drivers but the problem still persists, any input will be appreciated.

No, its been more than 3 months now and apple have not responded at all to bug 29809345. I guess this means they aren't interested?
Can you update the bug report and ask for status?
The poster on the other discussion has an Apple SD Card reader. Create a Windows System Restore point, and try the RealTek driver.
Does the behavior change if you use Hibernate instead of Sleep? I have a Broadcom SCSI driver, so I do not see the same issues.
