alarm option

Hi,

So, this morning I got woken up at 6:30 am by my alarm, nothing unusual, except that today is Thanksgiving, and I do not think that I am the only person who forgot to turn off their alarm the day before.

So I was wondering, how difficult would it be to make an option, allowing people to select the public holidays (like Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year) they do not want their alarm(s) to go on? We already have the ability to select the days of the week, why not make an option and let people select the days they don't want to be woken up?
