Hi, I have bought iGo Western Europe 3 years ago in Russian store, now I am in Ukraine and would like to install it on my phone but it is not exist in the Appstore shop anymore, how can I download/install it? Thanks for your suggestions!

Unless you backed it up to your computer, you can't. If you have it on your computer, you can sync it back to your phone using iTunes.
You cannot download it as it does not exist any longer.
As provided, unless you stored a copy on your computer, as you should always do, then it is gone.
