itunes doesnt see 6s
My 6s was having trouble restoring the previous backup from my 5s. I kept getting disconnection errors so uninstalled the usb ports and readded. now itunes doesnt see my phone at all ?

Sounds like you hosed the USB drivers on your PC. Contact the manufacturer of your PC or Microsoft for assistance.
