Scrolling slides not animation

I can not scroll slides in Keynote.

That is correct, there is no need to scroll a slide in Keynote as the whole slide is visible if displayed at fit visible in, nothing is hidden.

Only through navigator bar.

The Navigator has a scroll bar to show slides that are hidden by the size of the window.

Can someone help
