I purchased a Ipad Air 2 with cellular. can i use the same apple id as my iphone? Also i got cell number with Ipad but its not showing up to use for imessage or facetime? If i use my same apple id as iphone that number shows?

You should use the same Apple ID on the iPad.
Yes you can use the same Apple ID,a nd you should honestly. Any apps and content is linked to your Apple ID, and if you want to have the access to the same things you will need the same Apple ID.
As to the rest I'm afraid I don't know. I don't have a cellular device.
The phone number on your iPad is only used as a number for using cell data, you cannot place calls or send messages to or from it. On the iPad you use your Apple ID for each function.
Did you contact a cellular provider to set up a cellular data account?
Yes its with sprint. Its activated i just didnt know if the number they gave for the ipad should be in there like it shows for iphones to be clicked or not? I will just use my cloud for facetime and messages.
