What is the next step. There is nothing following after. and if i use the PW box to enter Code it said i have put wrong PW. No special box appearing at all.
It should be something similar to what is shown here in the How does it work? section: Frequently asked questions about two-step verification for Apple ID - Apple Support

Two-step verification works well in my iPhone and even when using PC to enter iCloud or managing Apple ID but not working with iTunes. I still cant sign in iTunes because there is just not appearing the box to fill with code.
Are you using a small notebook computer? If so perhaps the dialog isn't appearing where it can be seen. After entering your password and clicking enter try typing the four numbers one after the other and then pressing enter on the assumption that if the dialog is there it will also be ready to accept input.
Otherwise see the second box in Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates and remove and then reinstall iTunes in the hopes that it will fix the issue.
