I can't answer you - but have a question that may help. Do you own an iPhone and have Silent Clean installed on it?
Is it in your Applications folder?
It is a process spawned by Mobie PhoneClean.
You can see in Task Monitor that it shares the same icon.
You can also find it in the app contents: PhoneClean.app/Contents/MacOS
It's the new function of imobie phoneclean 4.0 released in 2015. NOV. 27th
http://www.imobie.com/phoneclean/
Past version of imobie phoneclean should be connected via USB between your iPhone/iPad and Mac/PC.
The new version imobie phoneclean 4.0 can delete your iPhone/iPad's junks and temporary files via WIFI connection.
So that APP call the new function was SilentCleanServer and it was launched in background when your Mac startup.
But I still don't know how to stop this background app while Mac startup.
Even I trashed the imobie phoneclean 4.0, that background app SilentCleanServer still launched while startup.

Try deleting the "com.imobie.PhoneClean" and "com.iMobie.SilentCleanServer" folders in ~/Library/Application Support
I did this : install again phone clean, then go to application folder and right click on it, select show all data. Select components, you'll find silentcleanserver file put it in the trash and delete it. After that uninstall phoneclean. Hope this will be helpful
The new version of PhoneClean is available and as I see the problem was solved.
I confirm.
Just removed PhoneClean, I think that's a poorly engineered solution for a simple task: there's not even an option to stop/disable the silent clean functionality.
Background processes should always be reduced to a minimum and only for important tasks.
Edit ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.imoble.silentcleanserver.plist.
Change KeepAlive and RunAtLoad to False. Logout and Log back in, and it shouldn't be running anymore.
you can find the offending app here - /Users/???????/Library/Application Support/com.imobie.PhoneClean
I think its probably safe to delete it?
Move it to your Desktop, restart, and if everything is normal, delete it.
I just renamed it - and that resolved the issue. Will delete but your desktop suggestion is great
Theres an underlying silentcleanserver app, which is located once you "show all contents". I uninstalled and its gone!
