my iphone 5c stopped syncing

My IPhone 5c stopped syncing. While trying to sync it tells me to authorize by computer, and then responds with my computer is already authorized.

iPhone 5c, iOS 9.1

See If iTunes repeatedly prompts you to authorize your computer - Apple Support.
