iMac does not accept incoming FaceTime Video Calls

I have a mid-2011 iMac 27.5 inch. As of lately I have not been able to receive an incoming FaceTime video or audio calls. All my other devices ring but not the iMac, can anyone help me.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

Yes, I can make outgoing calls, but I cannot receive any Facetime video/audio. Can you help?

Are your other devices connected to the same network as the Mac, or are they on a different network (such as a cellular network)?
