Logic X playback distortion

All of a sudden i'm experiencing problems on the playback when recording with my mic and interface. This was never a problem, but after the El Capitan upgrade, there's been a bunch of bugs.

I have played with buffer sizes, all kinds of things. At first it appeared random and it would go away, but now its back and i only have ONE track going...

Anyone encounter or know how to fix this issue?

Using a PreSonus Audiobox USB and a RODE NT-1A
