sharing external harddisk between el-capitan and windows10

Hi, I use one el-capitan mac and a windows10 PC. For file transfer between these two, I use a seagate harddisk. now I downloaded NTFS-for-mac and thus write a folder to-and-from the harddisk and also do the same for previous files(before that it was behaving like read only but after installing the software now that problem is gone). now, the new folder I dont see in windows10. what should I do?
