i cant find my ringtones

If they are still on the iOS device then they should be available in Settings > Sounds and in the Contacts app for assigning to individual contacts. If you had copied them over to your computer's iTunes library then they should be in the Tones section of its library.

If you are looking to redownload them then they are one-time only downloads, they won't show in the cloud for redownloading
