how do i upload videos from my computer to my iphone?

I've downloaded some work out videos to my computer and now want to get them on my iphone. How do i do that?

See this support document. Sync photos from your computer to your iOS device using iTunes - Apple Support This explains how to sync this content back to the device.

You'll need to first import them into iTunes, and then sync them to the iPhone.
