wifi gray out
i ned to know why I can't turnon my wifi on my 4s
iPhone 4S, iOS 9.1

If your WiFi setting is greyed out in Settings, then this most likely indicates a hardware failure in the device. The only thing you should try at this point is Settings → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings
If the issue still persists after resetting the network settings, then your WiFi antenna has failed and you will need to contact Apple Support for repair or replacement options.
