Under Safari Preferences General, my safari homepage address is missing, how do I restore it?

Enter the URL i of the site you want it it be the Home page in the Safari address bar.
When the site page appears,
Safari > Preferences > General
click the "Set to Current Page" button under "Home page".
Okay, I see how to get it to google or another browser, but how do I get it back to the safari one where my most used pages and things come up?
Type apple.com in the URL and when the page loads, click Set to Current Page.
Then it just goes to the apple website
Please post what site you want as your home page. Apple is the one that came with the computer.
