How do i sync my photos from my iPhone to mac and iPad ?

One way to sync all new photos to your other devices would be to use My Photo Stream, see this link: iCloud: Photo Stream FAQ

If you have enough iCloud storage you could also enable iCloud Photo Library on all devices, to keep all devices in sync. Then all devices will be showing exactly the same photos, see:
