How do I setup a WPS device?

I have a wireless printer that asks me to press the WPS button to permit it to pair. How do I do this with my Airport Extreme?

Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

The option does not show up at all? Or, it shows up, but it is grayed out, and not active?

We don't know what model number of AirPort router you might have.....or.....what version of AirPort Utility that you are using.

We might be able to help if you could provide more information.

On your Mac......open Finder > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility

Click on the picture of the AirPort Extreme

Click Edit in the smaller window that appears

Click the Base Station menu......example below, then click Add WPS Printer

When you select WPS Printer, choose the First Attempt option, as this substitutes for a button press when you click Continue.

If the printer is discovered, click Done, and you are done.
