After two weeks I began to notice my iPhone speaker struggling with sound. I would place my speaker near my face and air would come out, also there is this annoying noise from the speaker as well. It bothers me, I hope it's a software issue, if not there fix it. The 6S is starting to look weak. I UpdateD to iOS 9.2, turned out the problem still exist so must be a hardware issue.

It very well could be hardware, as I'm not experiencing any issues with my 6s. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store to have it looked at.
I have just had my iphone 6s for fuor weeks and had your same issue. the speaker sound is altered.I tryed to refresh with ios 9.2.1 but it was the same thing.
i find this issue so absurd. I have called the support and have been waiting for the courier who is going to take my phone. i hope it will go right.
