I've been noticing for quite some time that sometimes when I use "Hey Siri" to create a new reminder for later today, she ends up updating an existing reminder that I have instead. I can't seem to reproduce it now, but after asking her to create a new reminder she'll say "OK, I updated the reminder" (rather than "OK, I'll remind you"), and I see she's updated an existing reminder. Has anyone else seen this happen?

What possibly vindicates Siri: when I asked "Siri- why are you such a ******* idiot", she replied "I am as yet imperfect, but I am improving. ". This is my new mantra.
July 24th 2017 and it is still problem!! Frustrating!
Seems to be happening more and more. I’ve tried all sorts of different ways like create a reminder and wait for Siri to respond, create a new reminder, nothing helps...extremely frustrating!
I’m using Siri in Dutch and have exactly the same problem since over a year. How is this not fixed yet? Driving me nuts. 😠
