I had previously done a boot camp on my Macbook 13-inch mid-2010 laptop years ago. However recently I have updated my Macbook's OS X to El Capitan Version 10.11.1 and now Windows crashes with a blue screen of death every time I try to load it. I can only assume that updating the Mac OS X is the cause of the problem. Therefore is there anyway I can alleviate this situation?

Is it possible to simply erase the partition and recreate a whole new one with bootcamp? By the way, did exactly did El Capitan due to the partition?
Yes, but the upgrade to El Capitan means you can no longer use WXP. OS X versions will support an existing windows installation, but new installations are restricted to what is supported by the current specific version of OSX.

Also I realized I only did chkdsk /p before and not chkdsk /r. Could that be a factor in why it still crashed afterward?
From the OS X perspective, the GPT and MBR are correct, and the entry is bootable. OS X will transfer control via the BIOS layer and then the NT boot loader should take over.
I suggest running chkdsk /f /v . /r looks for hardware issues which are unlikely (but not impossible), because OS X is also using the the same disk.
Tried typing the command chkdsk /f /v and it said no such command existed.
Run chkdsk /? and check the options supported.

Versions of chkdsk vary. Here is an example from W8.1.
None of these solutions are working. Should I just simply delete the partition and use bootcamp to recreate the WXP partition? I can simply backup and reload all the programs I had on it.
On newer version of OS X (Yosemite and El Capitan) there is not support for WXP. Please do not delete it, otherwise you will need to go back to Snow Leopard (10.6) to get WXP back on your Mac. Can you see Windows files from OS X Finder?

I can still see and open the WXP Partition I created. I also have the WXP Installation Disk in.
A better option is to install WXP on the existing partition as an upgrade, which will save all your files and save your Windows as Windows.old. Please ensure you backup all you files from the OS X side first, before you do anything with installer.
