Youtube videos not playing in full screen mode

Hey guys I just update to OS 10.11.2 and now my safari isn't playing youtube videos in full screen mode. Please kindly find the attached screen shot.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

Same exact problem with me. Been searching for a solution but not finding anything. Very frustrating.

iMac OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 Safari Version 9.0.2

I have updated Flash. Cleared all cookies but nothing helps.
