iphone 6 plus, after latest software update does the weirdest thing. when paired to 2015 Cadillac Cue, but listening to XM, when I open Facebook or Soundhound, the Cue switches to Bluetooth. I have uninstalled and reinstalled apps, unpaired and re-paired phone, no change. Apple support has never had this complaint, Cadillac dealer either.

Same issue here.
When I start my Cadillac ATS, the Apple music app begins at the 1st song in my library, even if I was listening to XM radio when I shut the car off.
If I'm listening to the radio and get a phone call, the apple music app begins after the call is ended.
Cadillac told me they have reached out to Apple to collaborate on a fix, to no avail.
This has only been an issue for me since upgrade to iOS 9.2. and beyond.

I have noticed in the last week it is doing it more often - if I open Words with Friends, Facebook, Soundhound, and today it did it using the nav on the phone. The only solution I have come up with is turning Bluetooth off until they fix it. Apple and Cadillac both say they have no idea. Thanks for your reply.
I'm having the same problem as well. Also experiencing when a phone call comes in,or navigation speaks a command. After the phone function is complete, the bluetooth comes on and music from my iTunes starts playing, no matter what was playing before.
any solutions are welcome as this is very frustrating!
seems like with the latest iOS update, this is at least fixed a bit. I now can have the radio on, take a phone call, and I return to the radio.
I have found that when I am running a traffic navigation app, I am OK with it up on the screen of the phone, but if it is running in the background and interrupts to give direction, Cue is still going back to bluetooth after the directions are done.
I'm having problems playing music from both Bluetooth and usb. It starts on the first song alphabetically even though it should pick up from the playlist I had it on before. Also, the only way it will play other songs is if I do it manually on my iPhone. I can't choose from the browse menu or give a verbal command anymore. Very frustrating!
