how do i contact apple to complain about charges on my account?

I have purchased 1-month 50BG icloud storage and received an invoice from apple at the amount of 0.99 EUR.

However, my account has been charged with 5.04 EUR.

How do I contact Apple to check and solve this?

What's the fastest way to talk to them?

thank you in advance.

Paul's route is also good but you seem to have found it via my suggestion anyway. I think it unlikely that someone is using your card, the difference could be due to other factors. But your complaint about the charge would have to be justified so you should find out there. The amount is too small for a hacker unless they are trying a test charge.

You say "three charges" Can you tell me how that €5.04 charge is divided up and were there three receipts?

They sound like test charges. That would be most likely if you haven't used your Apple account before ... or possibly for this purpose. That is what you should have written on the 'Report a problem" receipt.

However, if they are 'test' charges, they should not actually be taken from your bank. Let me know what happens over your original report. Do not include any personal details.
