constant flickering in itunes stroe

Hello,

Once I go into the iTunes store my screen constantly flickers, how can this be fixed?

Someone reported yesterday a conversation with Apple Support in which it was stated that a new build fixing this issue would be available in "1-2 days". Make of that what you will ... looking back through iTunes' release history, its not unusual for a "patch build" to be issued 2-3 weeks after an update. 12,3.2.35 was released just 9 days ago, and its the holiday season, so I'd read that estimate as a little optimistic.

I just spoke to Tech Support and was transferred to a Team Leder as well. They both claimed to be unaware that this is an issue at all. I was given two options -- uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Itunes or wait for an update. I chose to do nothing for now. I may call agaim tomorrow and have them walk me through the uninstall and reinstall. Even after I told them of the posts on the Apple site as well as others I found through Google, they insist they know nothing.

Spoke to another advisor who tried to brush me off and make me feel very stupid. Held my ground and got transferred to another team leader. He remotely viewed my laptop and saw the flickering himself. He also looked at the various threads in the Apple Support community. He is bringing the problem to the Engineering Group and will be back in touch with me mid week. Hopefully, Apple will get a patch out to fix this.
