If I Reset My Settings, will my Apple Music be deleted

I Want to reset my settings on my iPhone, but I am afraid that by doing so it will turn off ICloud Music Library, thus deleting all my Apple Music downloads.

SO, will it?

iPhone 5, iOS 9.1

If the reset includes logging out of your iTunes account then yes it will likely remove the downloaded "offline" Apple Music. I've never tried it myself but others have reported this behaviour when logging out their iTunes ID.

Okay, but the songs which are not from Apple Music will not be removed right? And once I enable ICloud Music Library again Ill be able to download so again right?
